HOT & FAST MASTERCLASS - 5TH JULY

Join us for an epic day learning the ins & outs of charcoal BBQ with our 'Cook Cartel Hot & Fast Masterclass' on Saturday 5th July 2025. The class will be held in West Auckland at the Falcon Signs workshop from 10am til 4pm. Suitable from beginners, intermediates and pro's, or even if you just want an epic day out, eating our delicious meats :)

During this 6 hour class, we will cover a stack of proteins & multiple cuts of each including Beef, Lamb, Chicken & Pork as well as some specialty products from Black Origin Wagyu, Mapari Meats & Swift Ribs! Not only looking at the proteins but some awesome sides and condiments to up your BBQ game. We'll go from setting up your pit, meat selection, trimming, seasoning and our full methodology. Become the legend in your own back yard with our tried and tested methods.

We’ll be cooking on a wide range of Barbecues, from the Outlaw Drum Smoker, mini grills & kettles to Bronco's, Octopit MultiQ's & more. We'll start with the basics and go right through to some competition tips & tricks.

Spend the day in a relaxed environment, sink a few coldies and eat like a king (we’d recommend skipping breakfast). Your ticket includes all food, a couple of drinks & lots of good times. If you're not driving and want to have a few extra drinks, please feel free to B.Y.O as well.
