Hot & Fast Masterclass! Northland 24th June

You've asked, we've heard ya! We're hitting the road and coming to the Northland!
Join us for an epic day with the legendary Ken from Barbecue B.O.I, learning the ins & outs of Charcoal BBQ with our custom designed Cook Cartel Hot & Fast Masterclass.

Saturday 24th June 2023. The class will be held at the Pioneer Bar & Restaurant, 2 Skippers Lane, Waipapa 0295. We'll be starting at 10am, going through til 4pm.

During this 6 hour class, we will cover a stack of proteins & multiple cuts of each including Beef, Lamb, Chicken & Pork as well as some specialty products from Black Origin Wagyu, Whitehart Kurobuta & Swift Ribs! Not only looking at the proteins but some awesome sides and condiments to up your BBQ game.

We’ll be cooking on a wide range of Barbecues, from mini grills & kettles to Bronco's, the Octopit MultiQ, Hasty Bake, Drums & More. We'll start from the basics and go right through to some competition tips & tricks.

Spend the day in a relaxed environment, sink a few coldies and eat like a king (we’d recommend skipping breakfast). Your ticket includes all food (we'll eat everything we cook), some drinks & lots of good times.
